Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Our cancellation terms are clear and fair, and apply to every direct booking.

Cancellation terms

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
  • 13 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
  • From 2 days before arrival, or in the case of no-show: 100% of the total price.

How to cancel

To cancel a booking, contact us by email or phone. The cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your notice, which determines which of the terms above applies.

Refunds

Any refund due is paid back to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the cancellation is confirmed.

These cancellation terms form part of our Terms & Conditions and apply alongside the House Rules. You confirm acceptance of all three during booking.
