House Rules
A few simple rules keep both apartments quiet, clean and welcoming for every guest. Booking a stay means you accept these rules.

Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00.
- Check-out: until 12:00.
Self check-in
Access is via a key safe. You receive the code on the day of arrival after your booking has been confirmed. Please return the keys to the key safe on departure.
Occupancy
- Standard occupancy: 2 persons.
- Maximum: 4 persons (surcharge applies for the 3rd and 4th person).
- No unregistered guests or visitors without prior permission.
Quiet hours, parties and events
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 07:00.
- No parties or events.
- Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours at all times.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Please use an ashtray and be considerate of other guests.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Care of the apartment
- Keep the apartment clean and treat it with care.
- Wash the dishes or start the dishwasher before departure.
- Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Before you leave
- Turn off lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances when leaving.
- Close all windows and lock the apartment before leaving.
- Return the keys to the key safe.
Damage and liability
- Report any damage immediately.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items caused during their stay.
No illegal activities
Any illegal activity on the property is strictly prohibited.
