What is the check-in process?
Self check-in via a key safe. You receive the code on the day of arrival, after your booking is confirmed. Check-in from 15:00, checkout by 12:00.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (more payment options coming soon). The full amount is due before arrival, and your booking is confirmed once payment is received. No security deposit.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 3 days before, 50% of the total; from 2 days before or no-show, 100%. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
Is parking available?
Yes. Two parking spaces are available per apartment.
Pets and smoking?
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, but it is permitted on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay?
Two nights as standard. One-night stays on request when the calendar allows.
